Stratus Phase 1 – The project is a mix of residential tower on top (368 units) with commercial units on the lower levels. The landscape work is on the ground and podium level, streetscape, water feature, public art, and level 3 green roof and amenity space. The project has been certified LEED Gold.
Altus Phase 2 – The project is a mix of residential tower on top (280 units) with commercial office units the up to levels. The landscape work is on the ground and podium level, streetscape, green roofs, and amenity spaces on the different levels. The project has been certified LEED Gold for the residential part of the building and LEED Platinum for the office part of the building.
Role: Construction administration, and project management
Cirrus Phase 3 – This phase is a mix of residential tower on top (328 units) with commercial units on the lower levels. The landscape work is on the ground and podium level, streetscape, green roofs, and amenity spaces on the different levels. This is a LEED project but has not been certified yet.
