This Mosaic project is comprised of amenity spaces, townhomes and duplex homes that is part of the Tswassen First Nation Neighbourhood development.  Total of 125 units.  Landscape work include the Clubhouse, parks, preservation of archaeological sites, eagle habitat,  and around the units.  Walkways provide connections to the different buildings, amenity spaces, and connecting to the multi-use path and other communities in Tswassen.
