This is an infrastructure project for emergency supply of water to the Simon Fraser University Campus on Burnaby Moutain.  The building is partially buried into the landscape to reduce environmental impact.  The landscape work is to re-establish the site with native planting, regrading the slopes to blend the building into the side of the mountain, and an accessible green roof from the road.
