This energy plant project is to provide thermal energy to the Simon Fraser University Campus, and for UniverCity residents and future development.  The project is built in two phases, the energy plant and an education centre (to be built at a later date).  With the major elevation change on the site, the project provides pedestrian linkage from the upper road to the lower road. The scope of work includes hardscape, retention pond, retaining walls, site grading, riparian restoration, native planting, and site furnishings.
