A Polygon project that is part of the Hampton Cove development of 124 units comprised of a mix of 3 or 4 bedroom townhomes and duplexes. Located between Fairwinds and Pilothouse, and next to the Millennium Trail. The landscape focuses on meandering walkways connecting to amenity spaces, and to the Millennium Trail along the waterfront. Planting material consists of trees, shrubs, and groundcover that are low maintenance and drought tolerant.
